Check Website for content and send email notification

Script should check the following website: [login to view URL];isCBA=&asin=B000WKLUES&marketplaceSeller=0&seller=A2NGG7XP6AP25O&isPopup= Identify all feedbacks with "1 von 5" and "2 von 5". Send a simple email notification with sendmail that contains the feedback. Every time the script starts, it should "remember" where it stopped last time so that there are no duplicate notifications. It would be ok to check just the first 3 pages of feedbacks as the script will run via cronjob. The information where it stopped last time can be stored in a file, no mysql database necessary for this. Just need as simple good working script. I am familiar with PHP so no further help or support needed to get it running after you supply the script to me.
