I currently have a database which has been created in MYSQL. I am not looking to migrate the data to a new (paid for) system but they can only use MSSQL. I sent the backup to the company and received the following response: "Ive been having a look at the file you have sent and unfortunately I’m not able to read it in at this time as its not MSSQL compatible , is it possible to do another backup with the following commands --compatible=mssql \ --extended-insert=FALSE The data is very important and must not be lost. This is a test bit of data and if successful, there will be another backup that will need to be converted once we sign into the new system int he coming weeks as our database is used daily.
