Using the existing PHP code (attached), complete the following tasks to complete an IVR integration with Twilio: 1. Convert to a Laravel application 2. Implement a JSON API call to obtain an authorization token and post the API request documented in the two files below. Sample code to communicate with the API is also attached in ng-oauth (this contains the necessary API credentials) a. callNewCallCreationHandler b. callExistingUpdateHandler 3. Implement additional error handling including timeout handling so that Twillio doesn't unexpectedly hangup on callers.
