You will need to create a custom Transactional email for Magento. The template already exists and I have done it 80%+, but you will need to apply custom fields for Magento so the actual products and amounts show in email. It is order confirmation email. Beside order confirmation, you will need to make a Shipping confirmation transactional email & abounded cart email, according to the design of order confirmation email. All code, design & template will be provided after.
