Need to create a questionnaire online of about 20 questions that prospective candidate will take up as an aptitude test online. I should be able to add questions with multiple choices and fill up the blanks. And once I go into the admin I should be able to get a report of Name of the candidate, address, email, his/her answers to each question and the total score.
