We have e-commerce website running on Opencart (Desktop + Mobile ) but we have 2 sites and Now we need just 1 website Responsive Requirements 1) Take existing design and make it responsive ( We will use this as a template ) 2) Functionalities will be as it is + few additionals to improve speed + remove some tech glitch 3) Making it extremely light 1 MB or less ( homepage) as we have a lot of images ( currently its 1.7 MB) Freelancer requirements 1) Expert in Design and development opencart or Magento 2) Need to finish with testing in 1.5 months ( you will use our existing design ) 3) Good Communication and smart to suggest us improvements happy to pay for this service 4) No time wasters as I will revoke this project if I suspect 5) Daily reporting and you will get paid in every 3 days or 5 days Process 1) Read my instructions 2) make a custom proposal based on some assumptions 3) send me Best 5 websites you have done (the links) 4) bid with the timeframe I don't care if you are a startup or 100 million $ company as long as you can do this as per my requirement.
