Will be placed a contact form, integration with google maps and slideshow.
The site should be sent to major search engines, namely google and integration with google analytics. New site will be placed on a new domain for the USA market and should be fast and seo friendly. A logo should be placed on the head of the site

It appears that you want to create a show-case wesbite using an existing theme and should replicate a website given as a reference. You dont need the exact copy though.
There wont be any shopping facilities on the website, only showcasing will be done.
