Implement session in front end and back end / develop it into phone application

My total budget for this is $200 usd and that is including implement session and build phone app. -- if you are going to charge me more then $200, please do not reply. please refer to [login to view URL] This website is for user to search for number or user can offer number. (basically to match user with the same number) Once user search and match XXXX . user can click to view the other user info. Currently the system is already developed to the working stage. But I need to implement session. -- session -- please think of lottery and let say lottery come out every month. Therefor, in january 1st. admin have to create a session for the system, call it "january" when february come, admin create february session and all the system will be cleared from previous session and user have to offer new number. -- please refer to history. when user are match -- it will appear in history. -- when february session is created, user have to be able to see the history from previous session. Summary: implement session in admin, (admin can create a new session and name it) Front end changes and cleared with new session / auto populate in the history. Please also notice. after this changes, I will need it to be develop in to phone application. Time line for implement session : within 3 days after which I will pay $50 Time line for phone app : within 7 days. I wlll pay $75 after you show me it is up on the app and $75 when finish.
