Magento: Show only payment or shipping method in cart depending on product attribute

We have a magento based webshop. Our product have a custom product attribute. The attribute code is "product_payed". Value: yes/no. If product_payed = no, show only payment method in cart and skip shipping method. We need to show only payment method. If the one product in cart have product_payed = yes, then show only shipping methods in cart and skip payment method. What we need is a "attribute based" cart to skip payment or shipping method in checkout. Thats it.

The user pay only product price, if product_payed status is no. If the product_payed status is yes the user pay only shipping fee.
