Modify a web app written in php and C++

I need assistance in adding functionality to my web application. It is written in PHP, MY SQL and C++ and interfaces with various wireshark DLLS. requirements: Strong knowledge of wireshark filters and overall functionality Strong knowledge of packet analysis Strong knowledge of PHP and C++ programing is necessary to modify wire shark's source code Do not apply if you specialize in building websites --------------------- I am a network engineer not a developer.. I can only provide the source code for you to determine it's design The application has a server and client components.. The server component runs on a unix server and client runs on a windows 7 - 10 PC .. I am looking to hire for the server component only I need you to extend the capabilities of wireshark which is written in C++. For example I needed a way to determine when duplicate packets exist in a packet capture file. Typically when using wireshark we sort on the [login to view URL] field. However this is a manual process an not suited for my reporter which must operate autonomously. The previous developer created a filter call ip.id_reuse. This filter will identify all duplicate [login to view URL] packets. Another example.. I needed a way to determine when an application is refusing to establish a TCP session. Typically a technician would look for the client TCP SYN packet followed by the server's TCP reset packet. The previous developer created a filter that identifies all reset packets sent from the server when the TCP Three-way-handshake never completed Another example .. I needed a way to determine when an application abruptly closes a session that is already established. The previous developer created the filter that identified all reset packets after the TCP Three-way-handshake completed. Also I have drag and drop feature to copy pcap files from the desktop to the server via the webui that isn't functioning. These are the types of changes/fixes I would need made on a weekly basis
