I need a freelance expert in WHMCS to fix a flaw in a personal plugin.

I developed a plugin that communicates with an external API whenever an invoice is paid, the problem is that plugin does not automatically connect to the API when I have a payment response. it only communicates if I refresh the page manually and that is a problem. I qeuro that upon having invoice response paid, the plugin works automatically and communicates with the API. NOTE: I do not provide any access password, this work has to be done by my computer using TeamViewer. (security measure) More details in chat.
