Item 1 links are Global Admin (Login yellowxxpages) >Settings>Mail Server>Mail Settings 3. Item 2 below. Add new re-post function. Item 2 links are YP User Admin (Login Missasian411@[login to view URL])> My Account> Listings> under each ad should appear Edit!Delete!Re-post. At present only Edit!Delete appear 4. Item 3 below. Add new Contact Support function. Item 3 links are YP User Admin (Login Missasian411@[login to view URL])> My Account> in left hand column index there should be added a function called Contact Support which links to a new page which says “Contact Support with your enquiry by sending a message below”. Email form format should be: Email to: ads@[login to view URL] From: Your email address (to be completed by YP User) Message: Empty dialogue box which can be populated by YP User with enquiry I trust this is clear but let’s talk on Skype in the morning tomorrow. PROJECT SCOPE (INITIAL) from 17 April 18 email We require the project manager to: 1. Enable the current email function (which appears not to be working) and which should send to YP users an email confirming registration as a user and confirmation of posting and re-posting of ads on the site. 2. Add new functions so that a YP user can re- post their existing ad, pause their ad (so it does not appear on the site) but can re- posted easily (maybe just a pause/unpause function button). 3. Add new Contact Support function (add in left hand margin of User interface) directed to ads@[login to view URL] 5. Download mobile telephone numbers from AdList posts uploaded to YP website in Excel format to allow SMS mass mail. 6. Merge YP website content to a new Amazon Cloud server as we believe the initial and ongoing traffic to YP website will be very large. We will kick the business off with a SMS and email campaign to more than 6,000 existing clients. 7. Add new landing page which will have logo and adult content/over 18 disclaimer box to be ticked before entering the YP website. We will draft landing page content. 8. Add new disclaimer (before YP user registration the YP user (who will be posting an ad) is over 18. We will draft disclaimer. 9. Add new disclaimer before each ad is posted that person advertising is over 18. We will draft disclaimer. 10. Change YP website background colour to very pale yellow. Premium ads should be a darker yellow. 11. Change YP website logo to Gloss black writing on rich yellow background banner.
