We run a Zimbra email and collaboration server and sell hosting services to clients. We are interested in having a click to call functionality that would launch skype, and make a call for our clients Additionally, if the zimlet can record some sort of note or statistic about having placed the call into the contact it would great. The system already creates a contact when you email someone even if there isn't a contact already in place for the call. This software would create a contact or simply record the call in the contact similar to the email contact/capture that is already in place.
