In - Out Board based on Skype Status

We use skype for business in our office to communicate. We have a very old in/out board that employees use to say if they are in the office, out of the office, at lunch ect... I would like to take their skype status and have it update a webpage or document with their status and any status comments. This should be displayed on a site/form that can be shared with everyone in the company to see where people are at ect... Page should auto update or update on a specific time frame specified so that if peoples skype status changes the informational page will show that status in real time.
