Parse Webpage with large table to Google Spreadsheet

Webpage will have four fields and a Submit button. 1) Username 2) Password 3) URL of financial report 4) Name of Google Spreadsheet For first Phase 1, user/passwords can be in a file on the server that I will manually maintain; could be CSV or JSON or XML. In future phase, may change to database or use a membership site software. The idea is that I will sell a membership to use this program, I will manually add user/pass for each user, then they should be able to use it with any Google Docs account they are logged in as currently. Only users with credentials should be able to run the page. Create a web page where person can enter their URL of their financial report web page: Default it to: [login to view URL] (but allow it to change in case in the future the company changes the web page). I am a software developer. But not sure if this would have to be done in Javascript in order to use the login credentials the user already has. If either "get" fails, the web page must tell the user to logon to Empowr or Google Docs. You can view sample Google Doc here, and copy to your own Google Drive. [login to view URL] For a first time user, you would have to create the spreadsheet from nothing. For existing user, you have to parse file and either add or update existing day and prior day. For now, let's assume we don't ever need to go back more than two days. If that changes, we will do a Phase 2 job.
