prestashop website problem with database

We have a prestashop website that we are currently having troubles with, this is what happened: 4 december: hosting went down 5 december (today): hosting resolves the issue and they recover our website on a new server disk using a recent backup, the hosting starts working again BUT the website doesnt work correctly anymore - at first it showed the following errors: [login to view URL] - then i reported the problem to the hosting support and they tried to work on it, but with no good results, now it shows this error [login to view URL] and is still impossible to log in the backoffice. - the hosting support said "There were two database tables that unfortunately could not be restored, causing this issue - ps_lang and ps_lang_shop. We have recreated them and you should be able to access your site again. " BUT it is still not working. Need this to be fixed asap
