we own a grandstream UCM6100. Unfortunately the person in charge left the company together with user pw combination, so we cannot access the software by GUI any more. Maybe there is any "secret" master access for this PBX or other way to "break in".

There are some specific methods for these equipment, it depends on the firmware it has. I can try these methods, and also try some brute-force. You only pay if I succeed.
