Please write: "Ciao!" at the beginning of your offer. Please read the description. I'll ignore automatic bets and I don't have time to waste. I need a new PhoneGap App that can run on both Android and iOS. It must be able to receive push notifications from GCM and from APN, both broadcast, but even per user notifications. I don't need any client side development, no specific HTML, javascript nor css design. I just need an App with a very basign design that I'll develop myself. Then I need a very basic server-side PHP+MySQL script able to manage the users registered to the GCM or APN and that can send push notifications to them. So, the user will install the App. The App will register to the GCM or APN, that will pass to the PHP+MYSQL script its registration key (and if it is android or iOS and it will pass something lik e the user email. Then from the server script I want to be able to send a push notification to a specific user. It can even be done using a php script. I don't need any web interface. Please ask me more info if needed. Thank you
