We have an instance of Sugar CRM installed which is integrated with Mautic Due to sales need and a holistic omnichannel view we need to move it forward. 1. I have made groups to isolate the sales etc from each others but it does not work. So, assign screens to different groups and allow them to see for example Sales+Support+Bugs, or Marketing+Support+Bugs etc 2. Add Sales funnel screen with the distribution of their sales for all sales people and force them to add % to each lead they contact. 3. Mautic is right now adding all leads in the integration to the Admin, but it must be assigned to different sales people 4. We are sending out mail (post letters) to customers and would ideally need to have those mail campaigns imported (I can do that after each campaign) but they must be categorised and allocated to sales people to follow up. Ideally I would like to have someone who can help with integration of a Magento site also to be able to track customer movements in the site also, but it is no panic. If you know how to do it in 2-3 hours I might do it. Also, it is possible to allow different companies we have sell via the same screens but isolate each sales for each company and sales person, but show the results to the manager in that company the results and then me at a top level all companies but group them ********************************************************************** Further details after the first round of questions from consultants How long would it take you to do this: 1. sales + support + bugs screens 2. stages for all leads 3. percentage for each lead (1%, 2%, 10% etc for example, pre-set levels) 4. a dashboard for all areas with salesfunnel where all leads are added depending on their stage for each sales person 5. for the sales leader all sales persons amalgamated leads 6. For the system it must be possible to have sales leads for several companies. Betald, deepcheck for example. In each area it should be total isolation from the other. So I can have 3 sales persons in Betald and 3 sales persons in deepcheck but they cannot see each others sales (the sales leader, the sales persons can not see it anyway) 7. Integration with magento 1.9.x to see the sales and amount each lead has done. It is only a few fields and is faster to integrate manually than with a pre-designed integration tool. I would anticipate a few hours only on this one alone. Clarification: Which Version of SugarCRM or SuiteCRM you have? PER: 7.x 1. This is related to Groups Configuration. Sales or Marketing are just menu Tabs, Roles/Groups apply on Modules so would need to know what hierarchy you want . PER: As specified. Sales people should see their own sales funnel. Sales manager should see their sales team. Same with marketing people, but I believe the marketing will only be one person. 2. Share an Example, because OOTB SuiteCRM does not have Funnels in their Dashlet/Charts. PER: when you quality your leads you set the likelyhood for them to convert into sales. The steps are usually 1%, 5%, 10%, 40%, 100% (100 = sales) This % is then put into a sales fuinnel that is divided into the same sales steps in a funnel, see images. I have seen this existing so it is probably only a simple module we need to add. For the sales manager it is his own sales and the team's sales. The sales leader can see the sales teams details, but the sales team can not see each others sales nor the sales managers leads. For me who is at the top level I can see anything anywhere. The ideal would be to be able to have several companies also so each silo can act as described above, but I can see all silos. 3. Distribution of Leads based on which Criteria? Any Distribution Method that you want to implement? This can be sent to the sales manager who then distrbute it. 4. Campaigns? How do you want to categorise them? Import same customer into different campaigns? We currently send out post/mail and not emails.
