Have a look at [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or mininova.org. I need a similar site like that. Since it's going to be a public torrent portal, it won't need any ratios and all. Also all the uploaded torrent should be uploaded in the form of magnet link. It should also scrape torrents from [login to view URL] and dump it in the site's database daily. But there should be an option in the admin panel to turn this off, when needed. You can have a look at [login to view URL]'s api. Admin option should be there which would do the following: -> Assign user levels and permissions. Such as modder/uploader etc. -> modder/admin can delete torrents/comments. -> there should be option to add ads. Ad banner should be on the top and left hand side of the page. There should also be an option to add pop up ads. It can be turned off when needed. You would need to provide full documentation on how to use/install the script.
