We are trying to connect to a cloud based service provider using PHP (lavarel),. THe current code is getting the following error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from '[login to view URL]' : failed to load external entity "[login to view URL]" The version of php is 7.2 and it looks like a php config / specification issue on trying to access the wsdl. We can get the connection to work via SOAPUI
