Location-based tasker Our project is a location-based community marketplace (B2C). We connect task seekers to task providers. Client posts tasks and provider bids price & service to complete the task within the location of the Client. Therefore, App monitors both person location and operates as a business referral tool. Development must be expandable and fully customisable design. Development requirements Core - Php or Html or .Net, with SQL database. The task posted by User is the key identifier. Mobile App – IOS, Android Website – responsive design Desktop App – windows and ios(mac) (phase 2) Key components 1) Admin Dashboard must have: i) Full Admin (complete system access) – for development, upgrade and technical control etc. ii) Super User(full admin access) – where we have access to complete functionality control, eg. User registration, task allocations, reset of users(client, provider, power users) report generation etc., and iii) Power User - partial category access set by Super User (e.g. live support, customer service, technical support, accounts etc. 2) Functionality within the App and Website: i) Google map integration for location-based service – for Client User (User A) and Provider User (User B), ii) Registration by User A and User B. User B registration based on categories and sub-categories iii) E-commerce payment gateway integration allowing for Super User and User B to upload downloadable digital products, including split vendor payouts. iv) Communications tool – live support, messaging, timer-based chat, task bidding. These tools are integrated with payment gateway, activates on receipt of payment. v) What User A does: a) Register their details b) Posts tasks inviting for bids from User B c) Receives three lowest bids from User B’s within a location of User A d) Accepts the bid via communication tool: A) Accept (click button) – by making payment, or B) Live support with our support team, or C) Timer based chat with User B (30 mins), on making payment, or D) Messaging to seek clarification within the App. vi) What User B does: a) Register their details b) Bids for tasks posted by User A c) Uploads digital downloadable products d) Communication tools: A) Contact our support with a message or live support B) Reply to a single message to User A, on bid tasks C) Timer based chat with User A (30 mins) D) Negotiate tasks with User A, on making payments. vii) Report Generation – the system with the Super User level must allow report generation, e.g. user details, task details, sales, completion, support etc.
