Website and database with iPhone and Android Apps

Looking for a western Europe, preferably UK based due to time zones and language, a developer(s) who will be able to build a website with full database facilities. Liken this site to a dating site or Jobs site with Android and iPhone Apps. There will be 100-500 registered users to start with and extensive search capabilities with many categories. The website will have login, registration, forums, job boards and advertising capabilities. The entire application will be built, at its core, for time, bookings and logistics management between clients and users. The database will need to cater for many clients and users all using a common database. The core of the database is the Calendar which will be viewable from other registered clients. Full ecommerce for advertising and billing for users. There will two types of users; The Client or Company and the end User. The Client will only have access to their account via the Web Portal so efficiency in design is vital. For now there won't be any Windows or Mac applications. The User will have access to his/her account via the web portal and his smart phone application. The IOS and Android Applications will be an extension to Users web portal where most facilities except registration will be available. The website and database will need to be tablet and mobile friendly. Further detailed information will be available after an agreement is struck with a suitable developer. I haven't selected a price range as I have no idea how much this will cost. This will be assessed by the market through the quoting process. Please note that project will be constantly on going so please go bear this in mind when quoting.A developer will be chosen on a balance of price, availability, location and expertise. So though I understand this will be difficult to quote for due to the lack of information but this is for privacy reasons. So for now, we are seeking the right developer(s) with the right experience necessary to complete this effectively.
