Wordpress or similar forum website

Would like to have a website (preferably in wordpress) that allows: 1. Registered users to post a request and pay for responses - Two types of requests (1) Simple one question survey or (2) text response (can include video/photo) - Has spam control using captcha or similar - Can set a price per response (minimum of $1) - Can set a limit on number of responses (minimum of 1) - Can set a timeframe for responses (minimum of 3 days) - Payment integration with paypal will take a deposit based on price per response multiplied by number of responses, plus charge 5% fee (minimum of $1) - If by timeframe limit for responses has not been received, a credit will be applied to the user’s account which can be withdrawn to paypal - Can make request private to registered members only or default to public to allow non-registered members to review 2. Registered users to respond to request - Can respond to survey question or enter a text response (including uploading a photo or video) based on request type - Has spam control using captcha or similar - Requestor has 48 hours to review response, they have an option to dispute report the response to admin if it doesn’t meet the request guidelines - Admin to review and either remove response or determine it does meet guidelines, must be able to communicate to both parties - Credit will be applied to user for response value (as set by the request) after 48 hours as long as there are no disputes less 5% fee and can be withdrawn to paypal - Registered users, including requestor, can like requests and responses - Registered users can report requests and responses to admin for review if they are offensive 3. Search and view requests and responses - Registered users can view all requests and responses - Public users can only view requests marked as public and the responses to those requests - All users can share link to request/responses to social media that they can view 4. Home page - Social media links - Show most recent requests and responses - Show most liked requests and responses - Search requests and responses - Have section that outlines how the site works and benefits for requestors and responses - Links to pages: About Us (text page), Contact Us (form), Terms (text page), Privacy (text page) 5. Registered users - Sign up page includes terms and privacy agreement - Can sign up using Facebook or Google logins - Standard email validation for registration - Profile shows number of requests, responses and likes - Profile has the following (and must be flexible to allow changes): • Nickname (must be unique) - required • Location, suburb and country - required • Age based on date of birth – required • Male or female - required • Email is never shown to any registered or non registered members- required • Photo – not required • About me free text field – not required • Social media links – not required - Can make profile photo shown to registered users only
