Function The software will be used to input daily operation figures by department, and have function to run reports based on those figures. 1. Daily Figure Input – Input the daily operation figure to system/DB per department. 2. Daily Figure Display – Can show daily operation figure per department. The date and Department can be selected from scroll down menu, 3. Consolidate/Reporting – Run report for the summary/trend of the figures in daily, weekly, Monthly.  From the main menu, can run a report by selecting it from the list of all defined report.  The report will be shown on screen, and be able to export to a JPG or PDF file, the figures can be exported to Excel file. 4. System Administration  User o Normal User – can input figure for specific department o Administrator – Can edit normal user, define and customize Department, Figure, and Report.  Department and Figure Flexible for system administrator to add/edit the department, and define figures of it. o Department Name o Department Figure definition  Name  Category (Safety, Quality, Sales, Cost, People, Delivery)  Type (number, decimal, %, $, etc.)  Unite  Target  Report Customization o Designer to provide the template of reports for different report Type o The report can be customized by system admin :  Name,  Report Type – List, Summary, Average, with Trend  department/figure to be consolidated  report period – daily, weekly, Monthly  Graph Type (template to be defined) Platform Windows, IOS/Android (better to have) SQL, Web based (Chrome, MS explore) Support touch screen.
