A CRM system to automate the interaction with leads from lead sites. The needs are to automate the response the lead's inquiries with personalized communication, gather information, and share with third party for approval. Once approved by third party, share more information with those leads. Follow up with those leads and Keep track of them and send periodic reports about the activity. We also need a system to allow us to moderate questions between those leads and the third part and keep track of those questions. Also moderate meetings between the leads and the third party.
