We require a skilled developer who has previously created Telecom Expense Management Software. Typically application we would like should have: 1. Create Telecom Inventory (Telecom Carriers invoice intergration from XML and CSV files and manually as some we still receive in paper) 2. Spend Analytics 3. Contract Management 4. Administration Multi-entities management (we will host different clients ) Multi-Cost Centers Multi-users management Secured Permissions and profiles system 5. Reporting and analysis: Any open source business reporting tool integration (export to excel/PDF) 6. Basic Analytics, including pinpointing any errors [login to view URL] currency. We appreciate responses from developers who have built similar framework previously.

Hi, I would suggest to go with opentaps, an open source ERP framework for this requirements. Building such a requirement from scratch may lead to lots of issues. Non of the skills mentioned like .NET/PHP are fit to this type of requirements. Look forward to discuss, regards, Nittile
