I want a software where to load all emails and telephone number, contractor based on category. If we decide to send e-mail i should able to send within 10 mins. If you have developed similar software then bid for the project.

Hi, I already have a software with this functionality, its a small website where you can login and send bulk emails to your users by uploading emails in the form of simple text file or csv. I will need some time to configure it for you. Currently it is a part of our website that i have to extract.
