I am hiring sales people in my team, however i am very particular on selecting the right person for my team. Hence as part of the selection process i would want to include a personality test as well. I am looking for somebody who can create a questionnaire and asses the candidates as well. I can give the questionnaire to the candidates and email the responses to you for assessment. Or if anyone create an online link for faster assessment is also fine.

Welcome, I think I can do this, but it depends what You really need? Because if You need just personality test, we shouldnt make new (already existing are well written). I can suggest You open test to use and than assess your workers, depending on what kind of people You actually need and for what kind of work.
