Dear Vidii, I am a PR Professional with 18 years experience specializing in media relations. Simply put, I book interviews and stories. A large part of my experience has been in the B2B sector. Past clients have included tech companies like entertainment tech specialists, broadcasting and media tech, visual effect companies and a 3D camera manufacturer. I have placed clients in publications like Fortune Magazine, NYT, Hollywood Reporter and WSJ. I also focus on trade media, which is a powerful source of new biz dev. I work to get a balance of intermediate high level media and frequency with more targeted media. Based on your project description and budget, I would offer a month to month engagement. Each month I will offer a strategic document that includes, a media outreach plan and proposed story pitches, within the first few days. With your approval, I will reach out to the specified media and coordinate any resulting interviews. At the end of each month I will send you a short wrap up with recommendations for moving forward. I cannot guarantee placement of course, but I do promise a dedicated 40 hours of aggressive pitching a month. While I will not ask you for a time commitment, I do recommend that you try and dedicate 90 days to your media outreach before analyzing the ROI. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
