We are a small biology lab looking for someone who is familiar with Raspberry Pi and Linux to collect serial data from instruments to about Raspberry Pi, which are then connected by ethernet to a PC running linux. There, store the data in a flat file and QUI display as numbers and graphs using Pyqtgraph. Data rate is about 1 sample per second from 20 instruments.
