Please read the description carefully before you bid. This is a long-term project but at this stage, I want a freelancer to come up with an idea and schematic representation or I would say a "system architecture" for the segmentation of Specific Tissues from Medical Images using deep learning. This system architecture needs to be designed based on the 3-4 publications and you need to come up with a better idea to do segmentation which will be improved over the existing methods, it should provide better accuracies. The deep learning framework should be reliable and feasible. The freelancers with the research-oriented mind will be given priority and this project will last for 4-5 months. Once the freelancer is awarded this initial project, there will be followup projects to be awarded to the same freelancer. Specifically, a freelancer needs to critically read the scientific articles provided by me and then they need to come up with a better idea and provide me with a system design and deep learning framework. Note: I will contact the bidder through chat and give them the scientific article at first. Once, bidders/freelancers then need to spend some time on these papers and come up with an idea. Once the idea is discussed with me then I will award the project to freelancer and then followup projects with be awarded to the same person. Please bid only if you understand my project problem. Hi, I worked in medical images (MRI, CT, echo-cardiography) and performed segmentation in 2D with various clustering algorithms such as KNN , C-means. also worked with 3D dicom images and with neural, fuzzy, cellular automata. I am comfortable with NN Frameworks like TensorFlow and also in MATLAB. However, I would like to know about your specific project first before I can let you know a proposal.

Hello! I've bid for 8 days, hopefully I can read 3 papers in that time. I've background with DIP, ML as well as medical imaging, so hopefully. Some of my work is also to be part of Nature's Communnications, but that's a short work anyway. To summarize, kindly share the papers, so I can get a feel of your problem statement. In medical imaging, I've worked with fluoroscent microscopy images for 3D reconstruction of neurons (ImageJ, Vaa3D etc). 1) When you say to propose an idea, for improvement, you have not decided of a manner to add something to the work so far 2) How have you come up with the idea of using deep learning for that matter? is my wonder What segmentation's issue you trying to solve? of course, it's classification task (since you mentioned Deep learning) but, specific constraints?? RESOURCES: Datasets, I've access to clusters/servers || TIMELINE: As with my every otehr project, we shall discuss a timeline: deadline, milestones and deliverables that goes togehtr BID: I've bid for reading the papers, and proposing an idea.
