Develop a program analysis module for an open source software

I need someone to develop a program analysis module for an open source program called androguard([login to view URL]). The program analyzes apk files and find out whether the apk put sensitive data on external storage. The program is in Python language. It would be a plus if you know androguard well. Please note that this project is not to develop an Android app. It is to develop a program analysis module based on androguard to analyze apks.
