We have to develop a Telegram BOT, in which based on the user name/number we have to deliver the data from a noSQL DB(there is a well written library for that, and I will provide the query). This delivery will be scheduled and On request both.

Hello there! "If our account receives a message from a name/number in our telegram, we need to check for data in the DB and then reply with the data in the chat". Am I right? I would like to know more details about this.
