Help checking and supplementing some python code

As a Python newbie I have adapted some code I sourced to help me run a logistic regression for a probability of default model. When I look at the equation I get out of it, it does not seem to make sense (most of the resulting logits are so large that they give error results when I try to work out the exponent in excel. I get very different numbers when I plug the data set into SPSS (although there is not test/training split of the data in SPSS. What I am looking for is someone to spend an hour looking through the code for any errors, adding in additional code to show the calculated Logit, Probability of default and log likelihood so that I can sense check the numbers. Also Gini and WOE numbers would be good. I have enclosed a text file with the code I am using. I will provide an Excel file with the data when the project is awarded

Hi I've seen your python code. I've also majored in machine learning. This model Logistic Regression that you used is often used for classification. I think that because of initial parameters this model the result of predict is very different from right result. For example default tol is 1e-4. If your data is small distributed then this tol must be adjusted smaller. These parameters depends on the shape of data. Could you please send me your data? I hope to work with you. Thanks, Evgeny.
