Inkscape Plugin to offset paths and store in OpenScad format

In need of an Inkscape extension that will take a closed loop path and perform the following actions: 1.) Resize it to a user parameter size 2.) Make a copy of the path and Offset(Outset) it a predetermined amount 3.) Export the paths in Openscad format First the extension should check to make sure that only one path is selected or that only one path exist in the document if none is selected. Then it should resize the path proportionally to the user supplied size based off which is larger width or height. For example a path is 1 wide by 2 high the user inputs a size of 4 then the resized path would be 2 wide by 4 high. Next the path needs to be Outset 3 times to produce a total of 4 paths. Finally the 4 paths need to be exported to OpenScad format. An extension called paths2openscad [login to view URL]:25036 already exist for this process but I would like to be able to accomplish all the steps by running just one extension.
