Python Home Automation VM Developer

I'm in need of a Python programmer with substantial experience in home automation to create a Virtual Machine (VM) and develop Python scripts for controlling smart home devices. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Creating a Virtual Machine**: You'll be tasked with setting up and configuring a VM that will act as the central hub for our home automation system. - **Script Development**: You'll need to write Python scripts that will be used to control various devices within our smart home network. - **Integration**: You'll also need to integrate the home automation systems with the VM, ensuring they are communicating effectively. In particular, I am looking for someone who has a solid understanding of: - Working with virtual machines and cloud-based systems - Developing Python scripts for home automation - Integrating and managing different smart devices within a home network Your work will mainly focus on smart thermostats, lighting systems, and security cameras. Specifically, you will need to implement the following functionalities for the smart thermostats: - **Temperature Scheduling**: The Python scripts should be able to automate and schedule temperature changes. - **Remote Control via Smartphone App**: The thermostats should be controllable via a smartphone application, allowing users to adjust the temperature remotely. - **Integration with Voice Assistants**: The smart thermostats should be able to interact with popular voice assistants like Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
