This project primerly focus to resolve a user issue with out manual intervention. This is best for support projects if you want to reduce the number of people in a project and gain more profit and be precise on resolutions and health checks. The package consists of a user interface channel in slack or telegram for users, incident managers or any authorized person to report an issue, much more customer and service oriented commands and functionalities are included in the slack interface. once the issue is reported by the user the Ai module will search for the best solution from cluster and will retrieve the basic data from user like the server name or so and then it pass the control to the automation module and the module can automate almost anything a human can do and will respond with the result in slack. Service now is integrated in between to track incidents. If the cluster hit is of high priority and the user issue is not resolved the Ai module will send a call to the primary of the team for the week and detailed sms will be send. The Ai module has a deep learning inter-phase. Admin module to add new data for clustering and fine tune it when ever required. More data means more precise decision making. This is best for support as well as infrastructure based projects.
