I have understood the project just having a look on the documents, it will hardly take me few hours to make the same. I will be able to do it in Solidworks but the file will be a common standard file .IGES or .STEP which can be opened in any CAD software specially Creo so that will not be an issue I have industrial experience of Drafting products so that will not be an issue.
