I am looking for a researcher/ghost writer to produce a thought leadership report that shows how the use of digital (I.E cloud, mobile, social media and big data analytics) is impacting the property market for both residential and commercial properties. for the residential market, what is the next big wave post AirBnB. how are consumers, real estate agents even landlords using Digital to drive greater returns, collaboration, innovation, process efficiencies, create new value and revenue streams. in the commercial space , how are landlords, tenants , retailers (in a shopping centre) , retailers' customers embracing digital technologies to connect, shop, collaborate, interact...for example, how does a building owner build a great workspace that employees who lease their building love coming to work. what services are rolled out to make the place of work like a home away from home. if the landlord owns a shopping centre , then how do they use digital technologies to drive more foot traffic, entice customers to stay at the mall longer and spend more. I want to know who are trailblazer landlords and building owners who are doing things differently and using Digital to disrupt themselves and traditional ways of doing business. feel free to propose a report structure that makes sense. ultimately the report will be used as a white paper to educate senior leadership teams of the change that is occuring in the real estate space ...air bnb is just the tip of the iceberg. appendix section can contain lots of examples, use cases , to showcase thought leadership. this report will form the basis of an ongoing newsletter / ezine to educate, inspire and be a catalyst for action .
