Need an experienced, english native speaking, sales manager for a tour agency. Remote position. Hours we can figure out but currently look like: Mon-Sat 10AM EST - 3PM EST Job Description: Take inbound calls Make outbound calls (to customers who request a call and give us their info) Organize all leads & task followups Make all followups on time and keep CRM up to date and organized Coordinate tours with vendors Invoice customers Communicate with current customers - customer service Provide insight into sales trends and needs and suggestions Put in place processes for transparency & data analysis Maximize profits Maximize sales rate
