I am a Post Graduate in Commerce with 9 years of banking/accounting experience, currently working as a recruitment Executive handling recruitment, accounts, payroll processing and equally proficient in Customer Service skills. The job description given here is similar to what I do daily. Recruitment is nothing but the selling of the vacancies to the job seekers. I make 3 to 4 closures minimum every month despite the difficulties in the recruitment field. I am confident that I can perform this job successfully. Moreover, my Sister-in-Law and another relative are working in a school and they are having a wide network of school contacts. They will also serve as the source. I would like to take this work on a permanent basis too as I am looking for a job change as my office will be shifted to kanakapura, (80kms one way from my home) this year in March.
