I have worked for five years for an NGO customizing Salesforce. I had done extensive customization for them, and had stabilized their entire donations system with data import within a short duration. One of the interesting solution that I worked on, was to send SMS using an external SMS Gateway. This could be sent through a Visual force button or scheduled. I have worked on admin side with Custom objects, fields, workflows, activities including tasks and events, validation rules, profile security and others. I am a certified Salesforce Administrator
