499975 Install joomla and input work

I need someone to install joomla connecting to mysql and I need you to have the columns added on a basic page. They are listed in the hotfile attachment. It's text to enter or dropdown (with the content of the dropdown shown). You don't have to do any design work, just install joomla and put in the inputs so my client can enter in the data for her properties. She just want's to be able to do that all now while I build the actual site. I'll pay $40-45 for this work. If you do it right I probably will give you the overall site to make.
