Mobile PR1 links needed

We are looking for 50 mobile links pr1 or more. Please let us know how many links can you provide us. Links may add on mobile site and mobile blogs but link page must be page rank 1 or above. we can pay $1 each link only. This project is ongoing project. Lowest bidder will be selected because project is very easy. You must adhere to the following conditions: - All links must be related to the website - one-way links related to site niche. No three way or reciprocal linking schemes - Links must be on a PR4+ webpage (not The Home Page) or higher. - Links must be permanent, free (non-paid), one way, non-reciprocal 9two ways) and static to our website (in-content preferred) - Links must be on English language sites - No black hat techniques allowed. No cloaking, banned sites, link farms, blog farms, scraped content sites, mirror sites or sites overrun with contextual advertising and pop ups - NO links from blog comments, article directories, link farms, forms, blog farms, classified, directories, social bookmarks, spam sites, link directories, link exchange, guest books, web rings, FFA’s, gambling, dating, x-rated adult, travel, newsgroups, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, pharmacy or spa - All work shall be preformed in a ethical (white hat) method in compliance with Google guidelines – no spam emails - Links should contain the target key phrases as a text hyperlink (anchor). I will provide these phrases. - Pages should not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the “rel=nofollow” tag - Each link should be on a unique domain name (not spread across sub-domains) and on different C-class IP address ranges - NO freely hosted sites (geocities, social-bookmarkering geo-cities, google, etc) - Link page must have less than 30 links on the page - Link can’t be within a frame or iframe. Links must not be hidden. All links must be visible and readable. - No JavaScript or redirect script. No flash sites. Links must be search engine friendly. - Link page must have been recently (within the last three months) cached by Google and Yahoo and not excluded from results - Links no more than clicks away from homepage - The page that the link is on , must be PR4 or higher, not just the homepage - Links must be text based - Links must be placed on web pages of related content - Do not get all the links at once, they must be spread out over every few days - Links from the websites that already link the target site will not be counted. - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable - The key requirements are that the links must be RELEVANT, LEGIT and PERMANENT. Links must be QUALITY incoming links, which are relevant to website niche and are from QUALITY sites. - The process: - Step 1: Develop a strategy and plan for link development and submit it for approval - Step 2: You will send me the links for approval every 4 days - Step 3: You will place the links and provide a report (excel spreadsheet) with this data: - Link page URL (in the form of a hyperlink) - date link was accepted - PR of the link page - Anchor text used - site IP address - last cached date - Step 4: The links that do not fit the above conditions will be corrected before the work is accepted. - Step 5: we reserve all right the reject or accept links.
