I’m going to be honest with you construction cost for replicating this exactly would cost way more . But to create a more simplified version within your budget being $250 would be minimum . The technique to do this would be appliqué. I’d suggest if anything at most create stencils for the gold shape and spray with gold spray paint and if anything add glitter if you’re looking for a more cost efficient way to create the best results.
