The automated service will take the place of call centre person. The operation of the calls and the responses will be managed using our custom web application. After an order is placed on our website the system will call the product supplier who will receive the call and enter a 4 digit confirmation code which will have been sent to them via email. The basic idea is that once the call is placed a recorded message would play something to this effect: "We are confirming your online order. If you received this order press 1. If you did not receive order press 2. If they press 1 then “please enter 4 digit confirmation code." We currently do 900-1500 orders a day so system needs to be able to handle this volume and be scalable to greater volumes. We have installed Asterisk 11.

I can build this for you. I have built many similar IVR systems that pull from both web screens and directly from databases. As long as there is a clean interface into your web system, this would not be a problem and would not take long at all.

Regarding this project I can easily full fill your requirement by using open source ICTCore framework. but before I finalize my design for this task I want to know. 1. How your existing application will provide new order information / confirmation code this application ? via REST APIs vis Database or something other please mention. 2. After processing calls and collecting user response where should this application needs to put it, again REST APIs, Database or something other please mention. Note: If you want I can design a fully dynamic message for order confirmation (but it will increase project cost a little more due to TTS engine etc ... ) for example, "Dear Denial Mark, we have received an order from your with Amount of 290 AUD, please enter your code to confirm ...... Hi, I have gone through the requirement. I can provide you the solution you are looking for. This application need CTI integration with the WEB application. I have developed such applications ealier also, where confirmation codes are sent via, mail, SMS, whatapp etc and confirmed via IVR. 900-1500 orders are not heavy for one server, still can develop and give scalable model for futerstic growth of service also. I used to do some projects that have the a bit same requirement. One of them is exam system based on asterisk. The students will make a call into system and take some exams by DTMF. After that the result will be sent to them and administrator. Beside that I am a full stack engineer and joined many projects as leader/manager in 7 years. I have deep experiences in enterprise systems from desktop/web/mobile applications to VoIP / Network infrastructure. My background is primarily Cisco orientated but I have used Asterisk PBX extensively for my final year thesis for my aforementioned degree.
