Broadcasting application

We required a desktop based streaming(broadcasting app that can send a stream to wowza server). Benchmark and quality parameters are exact same to flash media encoder. 1) Quality, Parameters same like flash media encoder. 2) Video Input and output preview window, Audio Preview with up/down reflection. 3) Interface has following options only rest in configuration file : Video and audio source selection ( default sources are auto selected with settings options , if more option then user can click and see/change) , input and output preview window, Start/Stop Button 4) Configuration file : Video - Format (H264) , Frame rate , input size, bit rate, output size Audio : Format, Channels, Sample Rate, Bit Rate (with a multiple bit rate selection ), Volume Local recording in mp4 (if check yes ) 5) On start this should send a stream with specified parameters to wowza and output can be viewed in Jwplayer 6) On click and use this application should be smooth, tiny and able to do server connection on immediate basis. 7) This should have a option to work on wowza authentication application. 8) compatible with all windows based systems. Required to have a full source code and published compiled file to be uploaded.
