- Windows based - Data sorted locally and turned into cloud to access it remotely (and securely) - Can use touch screen or regular monitor with keyboard + mouse Will need to feature : DAILY SCHEDULE Easy to read, organized in tabs as the pen and paper one we currently use. Must be able to re-organize the groups by drag and drop. BOOKING PAGE Each new student will have to fill their info and sign the waiver. The infos like email will be exported a the end of the week in an excel file for marketing use. ACCOUNTING Daily and Weekly report for the cash also salary calculation of the instructor (calculated from the students they got during the week) Create different levels of access : 1 - Instructor = read the Daily schedule only 2 - Admin = read and edit Daily schedule + Booking page 3 - Manager = access all data
