alpr2020 This can be presented in easy by using the combination of opencv and tesseract which can be coded using puthon. Or, you could modify openALPR so it could run on raspberry device., although this open source uses also opencv as its engine. The other parts would be the easier, so let's discuss the plate recognition part first. Regards, Khamid

alpr2020 I have read your proposal carefully that want to make system based on detecting num plates of vehicles and you want it to make for sale purpose. I am machine learning expert and my Mphil was in Internet of things so i have experties in both of your demands. I have recently developed a software in which it only detects the licence plate but you know it would be easy to add the functionality of alarm in case of multiple detection.
